Sometimes when those close to us reach a level of success in their careers or personal life, we tend to wonder why we are not as fortunate.
Neglecting the fact that those friends started not when and where we started, and even if we both started from the same spot, they might be at the middle of their success level while yours is just starting. Insecurity, fear, and low self-esteem are the causes of thinking that we can’t be better. You don’t know what your friend has gone through in order to achieve success.
I will tell you this, it’s important to remember that the grass is not always greener on the other side as you think. Feel comfortable and confident with yourself and recognize all the great attributes and talents that you have so you can put them into proper use.
Success is not a limited resource that will deplete because other people become successful. There is plenty of success out there for all of us!
